The Universidad de los Andes is located in the historical center of Bogota, an area that also houses the majority of buildings considered cultural assets of the nation, focused universities, offices of banks and corporations in Colombia, the main government offices national and local levels, and a variety of cultural and tourist activities distributed in libraries, museums, theaters, scientific and literary, art galleries, among other places.
